  How ironic because most of the insurance provider online do not offer student home insurance despite the fact that these students are more likely to use the Internet than most people. Maybe these insurers believe that students will just spend time drinking, smoking, and go out at nights. Setting aside typecasting, they consider two reasons why it’s hard to get student home insurance. One reason is that student’s housing are commonly rented and not completely owned. And also students preferred to stay in flats. Definitely, insurance providers do not like rental properties and flats. However, it is not that you can not get a student home insurance at all. It’s just hard to look for one.
